Hassan Tahir is the Proprietor of ADIL HASSAN TEXTILES. We are exporting Made-ups, Bleached, Dyed, Printed and Grey Fabrics to the European Countries and American Companies. Mr.Hassan Tahir has experience of more than 12 years in the textile sector.

We are manufacturing and exporting all types of Home Textile Made-ups i.e. Fitted Sheets, Flat Sheets, Fitted Valance Sheets, Comforter, Bed sets of all types and sizes, Pillow Cases, Quilt Covers, Cotton Bags, Table Covers, Jacquard Curtains & Boxer Shorts

Infrastructure

  • 3- Each Stitching compitises of 50 Jockey Machines

These facilities have been audited by large-scale retailers, independent agencies and certified by international standards both socially and technically. The units have a 24 hours power back up.

1- WARPING & SIZING:

We have our own in-house Warping and Sizing Unit in order to ensure the quality of our products from the very beginning.

2- WEAVING:

We have an in-house composite textile weaving unit comprising Power, Auto, Sulzer and Air Jet Looms to produce best quality Greig fabric to comply with all kind of customer requirements.

3- STITCHING:

We have 2 Stitching units. Both unites consist of 100 Jockey Machines. We use the most modern and single needled machines which produce in large volume. Our stitching unit has a strong work force of skilled persons. Our Assembly line consists of both Automated and Manual machines which has been designed to provide the required quality. Whether the Stitching run numbers in millions or as low in hundreds, our goal is to get it done fast.
